What happens to what you write here
Short version: we keep your name and phone number only so we can call you back about the booking. Nothing else, nobody else.
What this site does not do
- Sets no cookies — none of its own, none from anyone else.
- Has no analytics, no tracking scripts, no advertising pixels.
- Loads its typefaces from its own server, so your browser never contacts Google.
- Loads the map only after you click the button that says so.
- Sells nothing to anyone, and sends nothing to any marketing service.

What is collected
Only what you type into the booking or enquiry form:
- name and surname, and a phone number — these are required, because without them a booking cannot be confirmed;
- an e-mail address, if you choose to leave one;
- the details of the booking itself — date, time, number of people, table or room, and any note you add.
The web server also keeps a technical access log (IP address, time, page requested) for security and for counting visits. It rotates automatically and is kept at most 90 days.
Why, and on what basis
To call or write back about the booking you asked for — nothing beyond that. The legal basis is the step taken at your request before a contract is entered into (Article 12(1)(2) of the Serbian Personal Data Protection Act). Sending the form is not a subscription to anything: no newsletter, no offers, no later calls about anything else.
Who else sees it
The staff of the restaurant. Beyond them, only the two services the site runs on:
- netcup GmbH (Nuremberg, Germany) — the server the site and the database sit on. Within the EU.
- Google (Gmail) — the mailbox through which the notice of a new booking reaches the staff.
Nobody else. Nothing is sold, rented or handed to anyone for marketing.
How long it is kept
Bookings and enquiries are kept for 12 months from the date they arrive, and then deleted. That is long enough for us to remember a guest who celebrated with us last season, and short enough not to be "forever".
Your rights
You may ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted — including before the period above runs out. A phone call or an e-mail is enough; there is no form to fill in and no reason you need to give.
If you believe your data has been mishandled, you may complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, Bulevar kralja Aleksandra 15, Belgrade.
